ARE YOU WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking to grow our education team in Color Educators and Cutting/Styling Educators. Stylists applying should possess the following:
- • Valid hairstyling license. (Exception Quebec and British Colombia)
- • Minimum of 3 years salon experience.
- • Willingness to teach other stylists.
- • Capable of communicating our terminology.
- • Delivering our technical and artistic methodology.
- • Ability to create effective and interactive learning environments.
- • Willing to grow while sharing their knowledge with our stylist community.
- • Maintaining a professional image and be current with fashion trends.
- • Currently work in a salon that uses Matrix as their primary color brand (SoColor, SoColor Sync, Tonal Control, Light Master) as well as key ranges in Matrix haircare. Or the willingness to convert Salon color and styling to be primarily Matrix.
- • Active on social media (Instagram).
- • Willing to travel and work weekends occasionally with a minimum of 6 times a year.
